Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00

- 7:15am-4:00pm; 45 min lunch
- Monday through Friday
Summary:
Accountable for supporting the acquisition and retention of long-term quality clients for the company by exceeding the customer’s expectation through the delivery of accurate and timely information services
The responsibilities listed below may vary from person to person who hold this same position.
- Receive purchase orders sent via email.
- Pre-audit orders, which includes corresponding with the customer for clarification/answers to questions pertaining to their purchase order.
- Generate dealer notices regarding price discrepancies or any other issues requiring clarification.
- Process orders – Regular, Project, Standardization, Freight & Warranty, and Marketing Orders.
- Reply to all email requests.
- Review, label and color code any applicable layout drawings.
- Request engineering drawings when required (i.e.: custom products, special electrical needs, etc.) and send to customer for approval.
- Verify with production – product availability & production schedule dates.
- Retrieve Client Service Quotes when referenced on the customer’s purchase order.
- Post-audit orders to ensure accuracy for manufacturing requirements.
- Meet required deadlines for closing of production schedules and month end.
- Process customer change order requests.
Requirements:
- Order Processing Specialist will administer all Client Service functions according to the goals, policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Strategic Objective.
- Participation is required in regularly scheduled individual Employee Development Meetings with Director of Client Services and departmental meetings.
- Participation in seminars will be required when applicable, to maintain and enhance the company image and vision as well as improve individual performance with the department.
- Order Processing Specialist will maintain the highest level of integrity for all functions performed (example: working up to company standards within your job function, continuous improvement related to daily activities and ongoing professional development).
- All oral and written communication with customers and sales reps will be of the highest professional caliber
- Divisional goal will be 100% customer satisfaction and to exceed customers’ expectations in support of both the company and department Strategic Objectives.
- Upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day introductory period, the employee may be eligible to work from home for two days per week.
