Schedule: 2 days per week (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
- Manage office operations, including administrative support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle other office duties as needed
Requirements:
Experience in QuickBooks (Required)
Previous experience in payroll processing and office management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
