Position: Staffing Branch Manager
Salary: $65K - $70K DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible to adapt to business and client needs)
Location: Villa Park, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch profitability, ensuring effective P&L management, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth to optimize EBITDA.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPI scorecards to ensure the branch meets and exceeds key performance targets, including sales, gross profit, and operational efficiency.
- Support Sales Representatives in their efforts to drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and proactively identify opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial goals align with corporate objectives.
- Support and mentor recruiters, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on client service and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain satisfaction, ensure service excellence, and identify areas for improvement.
- Address performance management issues, set clear branch objectives with defined timeframes, and ensure accountability across all team members.
- Ensure all team members are actively engaged in margin-generating activities to maximize profitability and KPIs are being met
- Prepare operational reports, track progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Staffing Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in P&L management, sales growth, and improving gross profit margins.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational and financial success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
- Effective time management and active listening skills to optimize team efficiency and client satisfaction.
