What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Photographer position at Partners Real Estate Media?
Qualifications:
-Charleston based photographer
-Experience required
-Possess (or have the ability to purchase) a suitable camera equipped with a wide angle lens (10-12mm for Crop Sensor, 17-18mm for full frame) and a tripod
-Operate drone equipment to capture aerial images and videos of properties
-Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for photo composition
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently
-Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various property locations
-Have an eye when it comes to color, luminosity balance, and overall photographic quality
-Able to work during regular business hours but also be flexible to accommodate homeowners
-Be comfortable working with many different kinds of people
-Be able to present yourself in a professional manner as homeowners may be present at times
-Able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
-A punctual professional who always shows up on time and delivers captured media by communicated deadlines -The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
-You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of properties
-Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property managers to understand their vision and requirements for each project
-Upload media to staff portal (ON TIME)
-Saturday, and Sunday shoots are necessary but are not the norm
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in real estate photography, videography.
