Responsibilities:
- Assistance with processing of client billing; billing preparation and multiple associated reporting documents
- Assistance with processing of cash receipts; preparation of the bank deposit and entry of the payments
- Processes vendor invoices; reviews invoices for appropriate documentation, account coding and approval prior to payment processing, annual 1099 processing for contractors and vendors
- Maintain accounts payable files – electronic and paper files, as needed
- Processes weekly employee timesheets
- Employee Human Resource and Benefit updates (Healthcare, HRA, Address Changes, Emergency Contacts)Preparing Client Proposal and Supplement requests
- Assistance with Insurances (Professional Liability, Business, Worker’s Comp and Auto) Other duties as assigned by Controller
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent Excel skill set
- Motivated, driven individual that wants to join a team that trusts each other
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
