Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly journal entries to the general ledger such as payroll, adjusted, accrual, cash entry posting, and standard entries
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and cash flow report
- Responsible for all bank accountant reconciliations, general ledger accountant analysis
- Approve all accounts payable vouchers
- Supervise and provide back-up coverage for Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Preparation of audit work papers for the fiscal year and any additional third party audits
- Responsible for management and integrity of fixed assets and depreciation records
- Budget analysis and discrepancy investigation, respond to inquiries as needed
- Provide Assistance in completion of recurring projects
Qualifications
- BA/BA accounting, Business Administration
- Public Accounting experience or CPA preferred
- 5-7 years accounting experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
