Our client, a well established Law Firm in Stamford, is looking for a CFO to join their team. Candidates with prior law firm experience is preferred, as well as a Master's and CPA license. Hybrid role, base bonus, excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, partner reports, annual budget, etc.
- Oversee cash management, AR/Collections, revenue cycle management
- Compare actual to budget for revenue and expenses, make adjustments to future projections and budgets
- Coordinate with external firm for taxes and on time payments
- Completes profit sharing annual census including interaction with actuary to confirm all contributions are in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Oversees calculation of partner advances and partner individual income statements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant designation.
- Over five years of experience in financial management with experience of a CFO or Assistant CFO.
Salary : $190,000 - $220,000
