Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product and service information.
- Handle outbound calls for follow-ups and feedback.
- Assist with order processing and payment inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and work with team members to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service or client services experience.
- Computer proficiency; payment handling experience is a plus.
