Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certification is preferred
- A minimum of three years paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys
Responsibilities
- Drafting standard pleadings and correspondence, including subpoenas, requests for production, FOIL requests, discovery demands
- Handling all aspects of case discovery
- Communications with clients, vendors
- Document collection and file maintenance
- Document review, redaction and indexing in preparation for production, exhibits, and trial. .
- Trial and deposition preparation.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
