The Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to serve as a trusted partner to the Controller, managing critical financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the financial processes as they continue to scale their e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and tax compliance processes.
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accurate impacts on the balance sheet and proper accruals.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheets, income statements, and handle month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine financial strategies and improve operational efficiency.
