Join our team at Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults as a Clinical Supervisor! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide clinical suprvisioon of clinical staff, and interns within the Victim Support Services Program. This person will oversee training of staff and interns and developing and enhancing clinical knowledge, technical skills, clinical decision-making skills that they use to provide services to victims of trauma.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Must hold a Clinical License ( LPC Preferred, LSCW and LMFT)
- 3-5 yrs. of clinical experience is required
- 2 yrs. of supervisory experience is required
- Ability to adhere to codes of ethics such as NASW and ACA
- Training and thorough understanding of trauma informed care is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships within and outside the agency in a professional manner.
- Ability to evaluate own performance and recognize and control biases and emotions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Adheres to professional codes of ethics such as NASW and ACA.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to hold supervisees accountable compassionately and effectively while maintaining a focus on self-care and we-care/organizational wellness.
- Possess an above average aptitude in emotional intelligence, professionalism, dependability, interpersonal skills, and communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively with others as a member of a team and ability to integrate individual goals with the overall goals of the organization.
- Ability to motivate self and others and demonstrated capacity for self-improvement, sense of responsibility, and integrity.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships within and outside the agency in a professional manner.
- Ability to evaluate own performance, capability, and limitations, and to recognize and control biases.
- Ability to evaluate other’s performance, encourage growth, and provide correction as needed
