Join our case management team at Partnership to play a pivotal role in our community and provide crucial services to victims of domestic violence. This full-time role supervises a team of case managers and is eligible for all company standard benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- 3-5 yrs. combined experience in a social services field and/or supervisory role
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with people of various backgrounds.
- Conflict resolution and/or crisis intervention skills
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work on call
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Adheres to trauma informed care practice approach and other applicable evidence-based models in service delivery.
- Provides direction, team management, and planning related to the shelter and community outreach services as delegated by the DV Program Manager. These duties include, but are not limited to, coordination of program’s direct services, shelter admissions/discharges, case assignments, and case management.
- Evaluates the work of assigned staff to ensure that program activities are of a superior quality and that available resources are used effectively.
- Provides supervision and sets goals with assigned staff.
- Serves as the lead advocate for residents and community families served, ensuring access to services and resources, with an emphasis on promoting quality care and cost-effective outcomes. Processes intakes and referrals as assigned, safety planning, conducts assessments, and develops appropriate case plans and interventions to address client needs.
- Participates in On-Call rotation system.
- Performs other duties related to this position as determined necessary.

Pay: $22.49 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
