Partnership for Strong Families, Inc. is seeking two dedicated Family Support Coordinators to join our Clinical and Community Services team at our Library Partnership and SWAG Family Resource Centers. These grant-funded positions play a vital role in supporting families, building community connections, and delivering meaningful services that make a lasting impact. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will work face-to-face with families to assess needs, set goals, and connect them to resources, while also coordinating events, afterschool programs, and community efforts. These positions report to the Resource Center Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-person consultations with patrons in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment to assess needs, set goals, and connect them to community resources.
- Provide direct assistance such as food, clothing, and resume support, as well as facilitate crisis intervention referrals.
- Coordinate and lead programs including homework help for students (grades 1–12), family workshops, and other community-driven events.
- Develop strong relationships with community members, local agencies, and educational partners to enhance service coordination and collaboration.
- Engage in outreach efforts to expand resource center offerings and build new community partnerships.
- Track and document service delivery and demographic data to help identify community trends and inform future programming.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field or equivalent (Masters preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience relevant experience in child welfare, social work or relevant; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Florida driver’s license required.

Salary Range: $22.49 to $23.91 an hour
Locations: Library Partnership Resource Center or Southwest Advocacy Group Resource Center
