Qualifications
- Financial reporting, Budgeting, and Compliance skills
- Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of property management accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
