What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Caretaker position at Partnership Property Management?
Full Time Apartment Maintenance Worker needed in the Christiansburg, VA area to work 40 hours/week. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must be on-call for emergencies and you must provide your own hand tools.
