Job Description
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals in their goals and aspirations, such as education, employment, and socialization.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including caregivers, healthcare providers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive support.
