Scope and Responsibilities :
- Take the lead in identifying, sourcing, and negotiating high-impact collaborations, licensing, equity, and acquisition opportunities.
- Facilitate robust decision-making through all transaction stages, ensuring executive and board approval for key deals.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies that align with both scientific and business priorities.
- Craft and execute short- and long-term business development strategies in line with corporate objectives.
- Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively with key stakeholders.
- Communicate and implement a comprehensive partnering strategy in collaboration with executive team members.
- Enhance business development capabilities, processes, and practices across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal functions (R&D, Tech Ops, Legal, Finance) to gain support for business development initiatives.
