Working as part of a team,our CustomerExperienceEmail Specialists are charged with ensuring that everyemail is replied to accuratelyandwithin our turnaround time frame. Success within thisdemanding position requires a passion for providing great customer service, the capacity to multi-task, and a dedication to accuracy. You will also foster a team environment while evaluating and developing both people and processes to continue to strengthen our customer's experience.

Thesalaryrange for this role is $35,654.75 - $47,706.48 annually ($17.14 - $22.94 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is apayfor performance-company. In addition to basepay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
