Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, setup, and breakdown.
- Excellent Client Communication
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their events.
- Manage the venue's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality service.
- Implement upselling strategies
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services for events.
- Monitor event timelines to ensure all activities are executed as scheduled.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure venue needs are being met.
- Manage venue projects
