- Be aware of how all food should be displayed. Serves and restocks food. Restocks cutlery, napkins, and condiments etc., as required
- Remove all food offerings as directed
- Serves customers at the Food Court outlets in accordance with company and departmental operating standards
- Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned. Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed. See attached
- Keeps Food Court serving area clean and tidy at all times. When necessary assists in the bussing and cleaning of tables
- Maintains and reconciles cash drawer. Processes all sales through the POS system using agreed Company procedures
- Handles any customer complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as needed
- Develops and maintains an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests questions accordingly
- Performs all other duties as required
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Prior food and beverage experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, push, pull and carry weight for a full eight (8) hour shift.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
