Job Description
- Efficiently and courteously welcomes guests as they enter the poker room as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations.
- Greet guest upon entry of the poker room.
- Place guest on desired list for poker games.
- Calls players when their seat becomes available in the poker room.
- Answers the phone to assist guests with any questions about the poker room.
- Personalizes service, promote outstanding guest relations using guest's name.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
- Assist with seating players.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management anything that may benefit Parx.
- Acknowledge, warmly greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
- Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
