- Substantiate poker games business processes and table transactions in assigned areas during assigned shift; continual monitoring of assigned games to ensure game integrity and asset protection; practice excellent guest service and ensure dealers do also.
- Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests.
- Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
- Substantiate table transactions and provide signatory validations as appropriate.
- Advise the supervisor of progress, disputes, problems, suspicious activity and substantial play.
- Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards and other assets in assigned areas.
- Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes.
- Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors.
- Make suggests and recommendations for the enhancement of services and operations.
- Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications.
- Assist in the recruitment, orientation, training, development, and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and ensure dealers are briefed accordingly.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- 2 years as a table games dealer.
- Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English
- Effective knowledge of casino management software and live games equipment.
- Good game protection skills and knowledge.
