Main Tasks
- Develops and implements process improvements using Lean/Value Analysis-Value Engineering concepts and techniques.
- Collaborates with teams across PASA sites to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzes data to develop meaningful productivity metrics and KPIs.
- Provides training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Management, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing or warehousing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
