What are the responsibilities and job description for the PEF Main Office Admin Support position at Pasadena Educational Foundation?
The PEF Main Office Admin Support will provide general office support to the PEF Main Office Accounting and Summer Program staff. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, filing, scanning, and processing deposits. This position requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft or Google Word Processing and Spreadsheet programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and punctual is a MUST.
- Basic bookkeeping is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
This is an "in person" position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Salary : $19 - $21
