Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance (Primary Focus)
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal meetings.
- Support office management functions, including supply ordering and vendor coordination.
- Help with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bilingual skills (English & Japanese)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Some experience in AP/AR or general accounting is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
