Summary
We are looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, and expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Ultimately, you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing bank deposit and posting general ledgers
- Managing and reconciling Cash and Bank Accounts
- Maintaining supportive documents and worksheets
- Accurately perform data entry tasks
- Reconciling invoices and identify discrepancies
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Reviewing expenses incurred
- Maintaining the assets and liabilities of the company
- Maintaining general ledgers
- Preparing tax filings
- Resolving accounting anomalies
- Preparing monthly financial statements using sets of data analysis for relevant patterns and financial indicators
- Aiding Auditors in preparation of the audit process
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company
- Assisting with other accounting-related duties
