Salary : $80K-90K-Exempt
General Description :
- The role will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day operations, from scheduling to document preparation support.
- Principal tasks (not limited to and subject to change) Provide operational support to a president.
- To fulfill the above roles, the incumbent will have an understanding of the company's overall operations.
- Manage the President's schedule Arrangement of tickets and accommodations for business trips Dealing with external correspondence on behalf of the company (e-mails and phone calls) Accompany management on business trips, dinners, and events (primarily when English is required). Interpretation for meetings and external communications
- Support in writing documents in English (e.g., correcting English expressions in information documents, reports, etc.)
- Support expatriates in their daily lives (related to procedures when new expatriates are posted)
Required Skills
Must be fluent in Japanese and English Interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Schedule management skills Professionalism and courtesy
