Field Moving Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arriving at their homes.
• Conduct walkthrough of homes to coordinate work to be performed by our movers.
• Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered.
• Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes.
• Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens.
• Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.

Job Requirements

• Basic Typing Skills.
• May be asked to move and lift items not to exceed 10-15 lbs.
• Japanese language skill strongly desired as most of our international clients prefer to speak in the Japanese language
