Job Description

Title : Inside Sales Coordinator / Warehouse

Location : Wixom, MI

Pay : $25~ / hour (DOE)

Memo : Office work (70%) / Warehouse (30%)

3days a week

Estimated start date : After August 2024

This job is required to lift up to 40lbs occasionally

Job Description and Responsibilities

Inside sales-2 days a week

Issue invoices to customer

Prepare POs and send it to customer

Make payments through online banking

Communicate with customers regarding order updates regularly

Warehouse- once a week

Update customer records in the company database as required

Receive a container once in a quarter

Arrange shipments to customers in the USA

Maintain inventory and shipping materials

Provide additional support involved with shipping delays or damages

Operate power jack to move things

Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk , hear and use PC.
