This position is primarily responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition (B2B) and talent acquisition (B2C). This position requires cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT and R&D to fully understand our services and communication goals. This position develops and manages online and offline marketing campaigns and assets, such as corporate website, social media posts, paid advertisement, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks and webinars. Also, this position measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and improve the future marketing campaigns. Job Description :
- Execute marketing tactics according to the marketing strategies, including online and offline channels such as SEO / SEM, social media, webinar, and in-person seminar.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development and talent acquisition team, to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct marketing research to identify which marketing channels our customers and prospects spend time on, and seeding and promoting content on those sites
- Write and produce high quality contents on website, landing pages, social medias, emails, event flyers etc. with the understanding of PASONA business.
- Track and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns including online and offline tactics and create report on marketing effectiveness (ROI and KPIs), providing recommendations for improvements.
- Create sales promotional materials to support business development team activities that align with sales and marketing strategy.
- Manage content distribution schedules to deliver content on time.
- Manage third parties to ensure the timeline, quality and cost of contents delivery.
- Perform administrative duties related to marketing duties related to marketing and special projects as needed.
