The successful candidate will enhance the Pasona N A brand, develop and execute innovative marketing strategy, optimize our marketing funnel management, and deliver effective communications both internally and externally. This position requires close collaboration with other departments, including Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, R&D and Corporate Planning, to fully understand our culture, services, and communication goals. Job Description
Initiative Management
- Design and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets, project timelines, and resources
- Conduct market research and understand industry trends
- Plan and create content and campaign ideas based on information gathered internally and externally
- Design effective exposure strategies and execute them in collaboration with marketing specialists through websites, webinars, email marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and events
- Measure campaign results and improve strategies based on data collection and analysis
- Improve operational efficiency by optimizing marketing tools such as MCAE and Salesforce
- Redesign and enhance the corporate website to improve SEO, data measurement, UI / UX, and internal operations
- Plan and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to improve awareness and reputation of the Pasona N.A. brand
Team Management
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
Qualifications :
Possession of a valid driver"s license in the state where the office is located, along with access to a personal vehicle and the ability to drive.
