Job Title : Outside Sales Associate
Schedule Work Hours : M-F : 9AM - 6PM
Location : Elk Grove Village, IL
Salary : 50K-55K
Essential Job Functions
Meets the monthly and annual sales quota
Develops and maintains relationship with potential and existing clients
Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the products.
Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
Conducts market research, develops and implements strategies for sales
Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction; resolves issues in a timely manner and escalates to the management as needed.
Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided and handle complaints
Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
Performs other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours.
Able to travel within or outside of Illinois as needed.
Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.
Other Requirements
Business level Mandarin is Required.
Business level Cantonese is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and afterhours as needed for Company and department related events
Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft NAV, is a plus.
