Essential Job Function/Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate inquiry development from inception to mass production.
- For proceeding projects, cooperate with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Inside Sales, other related department people
- Compile, review, and interpret customer requests to Japan Headquarter.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the business opportunity.
- Work as an interface between the Outside Sales teams and various internal service providers (i.e. technical support and pricing)
- Monitor and track project milestones and report progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Work with Inside Sales team to meet customer delivery requests.
- Prepare regular sales report and sales forecast.
- Assist in enter sales forecasts
- Assist in escalation of issues
- Assisting in escalation for RMA issues
- Obtain compliance information
- Other duties requested by supervisor or management.
Education/Experience/Requirement
- Possess solid working knowledge of industrial products.
- Professional communication skills (English – business level, Japanese – native level)
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point are mandatory)
- Flexibility, Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other department including sales and technical teams in Japanese HQs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivator, goal oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multi-task in a busy office environment.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Some travel including overseas required for meeting with clients, distributors, and business partners according to order by manager.
