Job Description

Job Title : Sales Account Manager

FLSA Status : Exempt

Salary : $75K-$120K(DOE)

Office location : Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Working hours : 8 : 30-5 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

  • Executes sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs.
  • Calls prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs ,and create customer supplier relationship.
  • Increase sales in respective accounts.
  • Prepare sales information for customers.
  • Establishes buying in fluences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
  • Secures and places orders taking in to consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
  • Overseesprojectsassociatedwithassignedaccounts,includingbutnotlimitedtonewdevelopment,communitymanagement, internal and external communication, support, and maintenance issues.
  • Evaluates assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
  • Collaborates with business development.
  • Collaborateswithdevelopment,marketing,support,communitymanagementandQAtoensurethesuccessful launch and acceptable performance of solutions.
  • Identifies revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs and other activities as needed, collaborating with marketing, community management, business development and support.
  • Acts as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage on going conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
  • Managesprojectsusingdefinedprojectmanagementtoolsandcommunicationvehicles.
  • Facilitatesenhancementstocommunications,tools,capabilitiesandproductlines.
  • Participatesincrossfunctionalgroupstoestablishmarketingcampaigns,productdirectionandproductive solutions.
  • Ensures reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Qualification :

  • 5 years'experience in a high-tech company. Capital equipment or wafer tool processing company is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years managerial experience providing successful delegating, monitoring, controlling, and motivating skills over employees and supervisory personnel
  • Experience in technical sales and / or representative or distributor of sales in a similar industry
  • Experience in growing and managing an assigned sales territory
