Summary/Objective
- Manage specific automotive sales accounts requiring technical knowledge.
- Promote Technologies at OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Collaborate with other divisions.
- Customer Management:
- Communicate with clients to explain product effectiveness.
- Offer cost-effective alternatives.
- Provide technical service, training, and issue resolution.
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Estimates & Quotations:
- Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals.
- Increase Profits:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Analyze trends and best practices.
- Represent the Company:
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Corporate Strategy Execution:
- Align with Group goals and KPIs.
- Customer Care:
- Build long-term relationships and resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for Kaizen.
- Work Environment Leadership:
- Foster a positive culture, lead meetings, ensure compliance.
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-oriented solution development
- Familiarity with engineering and cost calculations
- Collaboration and flexibility
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in account development from scratch
- Knowledge of display technology and IMD/IML
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or related
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Office-based, uses standard office equipment
- Occasional factory visits and troubleshooting
- Mostly sitting; some walking/lifting (up to 20 lbs)
- Requires visual acuity and color differentiation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Occasional overtime/weekend work
- Up to 50% (including international travel)
