Summary/Objective
- Manage specific sales accounts and promote Nissha Technologies in the automotive market.
- Requires technical engineering knowledge and presence at OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Collaborate with other divisions to promote products/services.
- Manages and Expands Customer Accounts
- Communicate with customers, acquire forecasts, propose solutions, provide technical services and training, resolve issues, and maintain regular contact.
- Prepares Estimates and Quotations
- Develop estimates, sales projections, price quotes, and proposals.
- Increases Profits
- Achieve sales goals, analyze trends, research market info, develop sales methods, and share best practices.
- Represents the Company
- Attend trade shows and explore ways to improve company image.
- Executes Corporate Strategy and Business Plans
- Understand and align with Group goals, contribute to KPIs, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrates Customer Care
- Build long-term relationships, resolve service issues, provide support proactively.
- Drives Continual Improvement
- Focus on kaizen, communicate opportunities for improvement to management.
- Creates and Maintains Positive Working Environment
