How You’ll Contribute
- 30 Days
- Demonstrate understanding of our firm’s value proposition and effectively communicate this message to prospective customers.
- Shadow the CEO to learn about our services, sales process and success metrics for the business and your role.
- Understand the background of our ideal clients - what we are looking for, why clients are successful with us, how to spot a great prospect that then turns into a client.
- Learn the current business development tools and understand key metrics for success in your role.
60 Days- Build an opportunity pipeline by engaging with new prospective accounts.
- Initiate and demonstrate ability to create connections with decision makers through outbound calls, email, and social forums.
- Use Salesforce.com to build, manage, and maintain all data and intelligence gathered through the sales process. Track and report all activities and results using Salesforce.
- Advance in-depth knowledge of our firm’s solutions, industry trends, and competition.
90 Days and Beyond- Meet all sales and performance objectives including daily activity targets and monthly quota attainment.
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasts of your performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven business and sales development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite.
- The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided on the call.
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. While achieving production goals from the assigned set of accounts.
- Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Strong professional communication - written, verbal, presentation.
- Drive, grit, team-oriented: strong desire to compete and win.
