We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, developing lesson plans, and delivering engaging instruction to students. The Teacher will also assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and foster student learning.
• Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students in a classroom setting.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills in Japanese and English
• Valid teaching certification or license obtained in Japan.
• Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
