Position Title: Staff Accountant *Japanese Bilingual
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Saraly: 60-80K Bonus

A Japanese trading company is seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Preparing, Reviewing and Recording financial transactions/entries
- Supporting A/R and A/P
- Expense Reporting/Management
- Account reconciliations and Analysis
- Supporting Fixed Assets/Asset Management
- Supporting various taxes, including Income, Sales/Use and Property
- Supporting Month end Closing
- Assisting with Year End audit and Six-Month Review
- Reviewing financial statements
- Preparing financial reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred; An Associate’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience is preferable.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports .
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations.
