We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Event Manager to join our Chattanooga team.
What We’re Looking For:

While experience in event management or marketing is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a focus on weekends, balanced with flexible weekday schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage logistics for weekend events, including scheduling personnel and supplies.
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team of event staff.
- Lead by example at events, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
- Prepare and manage weekly payroll and production reports.
- Research and secure event opportunities to maximize company exposure.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Reliable transportation (car/truck) and a mobile phone are required.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and email is essential.
- While parts of the job are remote, you will have office space in the Chattanooga Office and access to local storage for company supplies.
