Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
- Categorize and label files for easy accessibility
- Review and update files as needed
- Assist with document management and organization
- Retrieve and distribute files to team members
- Monitor and track missing files
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite

Our team members are trained to consider a variety of marketing tactics for generating qualified leads while increasing brand awareness.
