As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced marketing professionals, assisting in generating qualified leads and increasing brand awareness for our small and mid-sized business clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executives, managing their schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide high-level administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members and external partners.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize conflicting demands to ensure efficient use of executives’ time.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, making phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist the executives in making informed decisions.
- Help plan and execute company events, from small meetings to large conferences.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
