Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Health Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with referral sources, and promoting our home health services within the community. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as Georgia Medicaid wavier programs, and a proactive approach to marketing and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote home health services to referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations.
• Conduct presentations and educational seminars to increase awareness of our home health services and the benefits of home care.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential referral sources to expand the company’s network.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
• Track and report on marketing activities, leads, and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and community functions to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry, particularly home health care (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of home health services, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
