Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team in office. The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new caregivers, from their initial refferal submission to, orientation and full integration into the company. This position requires a strong background in Paychex, employee relations, talent acquisition, and human resources.

IN OFFICE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9-5PM
Duties of Onboarder :
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience from offer acceptance to first day and beyond
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that align with company culture and values
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth integration of new employees
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and provide necessary training and resources
- Manage employee evaluation processes during the onboarding period
- Address any issues or concerns raised by new employees during the onboarding process.
- Working with Gchex and Fieldprint for a smooth fingerprinting process
