OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Trilith Passion Kids bloom Building Tech is to provide excellent customer service to the staff and attendees of Passion City Church at Trilith by keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully functional. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load in and load out all necessary elements for Passion Kids bloom, ensuring items are placed and stored in an orderly manner
• Maintain an active presence in Passion Kids and bloom to ensure all building needs are met
• Work with facilities contractors to ensure all spaces are kept clean
• Work with Building team to setup and tear down all needed elements for Sunday gatherings, special events, and other church gatherings as needed
• Adhere to excellence standards set by event owner when setting spaces
• Confirm all furniture and accessories used in setups are returned to their proper locations after an event
• Provide periodic reports to supervisor on the status of assigned work
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments and pickups with staff team as needed
• Provide feedback for the purpose of continual improvement of facilities and procedures
• Work with supervisor to ensure buildings are opened and closed as scheduled
• Help troubleshoot maintenance issues while immediately reporting the problem to the Building Operations Coordinator

TEMPORARY PART-TIME average < 29 hrs per week, primarily Friday - Sunday
