OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Trilith Building Operations Tech is to provide excellent customer service to the staff and attendees of Passion City Church at Trilith by keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully functional. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup and tear down all needed elements for Sunday gatherings, special events, and other church gatherings
- Complete quality control walkthrough of Town Stage Shipyard prior to Sunday gatherings
- Ensure all furniture and accessories are in good order for all setups. Make necessary repairs or replace damaged items to meet the setup requirements
- Adhere to excellence standards set by event owner when setting spaces
- Confirm all furniture and accessories used in setups are returned to their proper locations after an event
- Ensure storage areas are kept in an excellent and organized manner
- Provide periodic reports to supervisor on the status of assigned work
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments and pickups with staff team as needed
- Provide feedback for the purpose of continual improvement of facilities and procedures
- Work with supervisor to ensure buildings are opened and closed as scheduled
- Help troubleshoot maintenance issues while immediately reporting the problem to the Building Operations Coordinator
- Work with facilities contractors to ensure all spaces are kept clean

TEMPORARY PART-TIME average < 29 hrs per week, primarily Friday - Sunday
