In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of one of our consolidation centers. You’ll be a key part of the Daily Operations team by being our boots on the ground, helping with continuous improvement efforts across our consolidation network, working hand in hand with cross-functional teams, and sustaining the key metrics and insights to support future growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of one of our consolidation centers. You’ll be a key part of the Daily Operations team by being our boots on the ground, helping with continuous improvement efforts across our consolidation network, working hand in hand with cross-functional teams, and sustaining the key metrics and insights to support future growth.
What you'll do:
- Work on site 5 days a week, with a possibility of some weekend coverage when needed, especially in Q4
- Ensure successful receipt, processing, and dispatch of Passport shipments
- Act as liaison between consolidation center, vendor operations, and various corporate teams
- Work with on-site vendors to communicate and resolve issues proactively as well as reactively
- Make effective decisions regarding operational processes and priorities
- Communicate with leaders and team members to keep operations aligned with business requirements and goals
- Aid in documentation creation, including SOPs and performance scorecards
- Measure site performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support continuous improvement that enhances processes and efficiency
- Support in making improvements to procedures, workflow, and organizational processes, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Assist in resolving disputes related to deliverables, service failures, payments, and overall facility performance.
- Serve as backup to on-site admin to ensure dispatching is complete, pre-alerts are sent, and other operational tasks are completed daily.
- Up to 10% of travel, likely during first few weeks
- 4 years experience in an operations supervisor role or similar. Preferably in the parcel logistics industry.
- 2 years experience training and providing feedback to employees.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end parcel logistics concepts. International e-commerce experience is a plus!

- Experience with G Suite/Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
