Your Responsibilities
- Help us secure conference rooms throughout the U.S.
- Schedule and confirm services with clients and resources
- Strengthen relationships with clients and resources through reliability, problem solving, and an audible smile! (yes, that is a thing here)
- Collaborate with our amazing production and billing teams
- Put your strong accuracy and follow through to work each day
Job Requirements
- Work in our Glen Carbon, IL office and love where you work, Monday through Friday
- Use your strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills to make an impact
- Bring your attention to detail and strong work ethic every day
- Demonstrate solid time management skills and an outside-the-box mindset
- Tackle changing needs with a flexible approach
Education
- High school diploma required
- Degree from an accredited institution preferred
