What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Work an 8-hour shift starting at 8:30 AM Eastern Time
- Log in remotely and manage daily workflow efficiently
- Build at least 8-10 estimates per day with accuracy and detail
- Communicate with customers about their estimates, repair needs, and service updates
- Answer incoming calls remotely and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians
- Work closely with the in-shop team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and repair recommendations
✅ Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair setting (independent or dealership)
✅ Strong customer service & sales skills – friendly, professional, and empathetic

✅ Ability to work remotely – you must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional workspace
- At least one computer monitor (two preferred) ✅ Self-motivated & proactive – able to stay productive without direct supervision ✅ Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
