Remote Automotive Service Advisor – Join Our Team!
Remote Position | 🕒 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM Eastern Time
About Us
Pat’s Automotive is a leading independent auto repair shop specializing in Tesla vehicles. We are looking for a Remote Service Advisor to join our team and provide top-notch customer service while managing repair estimates and scheduling.
What You’ll Do
- Work an 8-hour shift starting at 8 : 30 AM Eastern Time
- Log in remotely and manage daily workflow efficiently
- Build at least 8-10 estimates per day with accuracy and detail
- Communicate with customers about their estimates, repair needs, and service updates
- Answer incoming calls remotely and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians
- Work closely with the in-shop team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and repair recommendations
What You Need to Succeed
Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair setting (independent or dealership)
Strong customer service & sales skills – friendly, professional, and empathetic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Technical knowledge of automotive repairs & estimating software
Ability to work remotely – you must have :
Self-motivated & proactive – able to stay productive without direct supervision
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
